Mirjam Wægeli

As a sports enthusiast, I have more than 20 years of experience, training and education in sports and health. My passion for health, energy and functional movement, as well as contact with people are what led me to become a personal trainer.

I am an independent business owner and mother of two teenaged children, living and working in the Zug area.

I mostly train on a 1:1 and 1:2 basis.  Trainings take place in my studio or outdoors. I emphasize functional workouts, with particular attention to proper form and technique, at the core of an overall health and fitness objective tailored to your specific needs and goals. I strive to support each client’s personal situation and objectives, helping you optimize your capacities and leverage your full potential. I will motivate you to perform and to feel great about yourself!

I would be happy to accompany you through a professionally tailored training program aimed at providing you with successful and sustainable results. Together we will find a way of achieving YOUR goals.  I look forward to meeting you!
