Fascia (our “connective tissue”) is the material that runs through our entire body, enveloping our organs and giving us form and structure.
Fascia training optimizes entire movement sequences. With specific exercises, for example by using a hard foam roller, we can reach many muscles over several joints and stimulate the fascia. Already after a few minutes of training, you will notice:
- Relief of tension and pain caused by bad posture
- Muscles and joints, articulations are loosened
- Blood circulation is stimulated, thus helping relieve pain due to sports injuries
