Sling training (trx)

Sling training (suspension training) is an effective total-body workout through the use of rope and sling systems, again leveraging your own body weight to provide resistance. The exercises are based on the principle of instability.  With your own body position, you can intensify the level of any given exercise, from beginner to professional.  Benefits also include:
