Weight training

With targeted strength training, you can develop more muscle mass, or strength -or both- and gently define your muscles. Whether using the cable station, barbells, dumbbells or your own bodyweight, strength training is very individualized. In addition to the aesthetic benefit of obtaining a better figure, strength training boosts metabolic activity and leads to more efficient calorie burning, both during and after your workouts.
