About This Project


Pilates is a figure-shaping, stretching and full-body workout, in which the deep abdominal and back muscles are especially strengthened. Pilates focuses on the development of the “center of the body” and the stabilization of the core. The pelvic floor and the connected support muscles are strengthened, resulting in a better posture.  Pilates is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and condition! It provides:

  • Relief of back pain
  • Whole body shape tightening from the core outwards
  • Post Natal recovery
